Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Snapraven (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, API, and dashboard (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Snapraven is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: support@snapraven.app.
2. Information we collect
Account data — when you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details.
Billing data — paid plans are processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., LemonSqueezy). We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing metadata (e.g., plan, status, last four digits) from the processor.
Usage data — we log API requests associated with your API key (timestamp, endpoint, and request counts) to enforce quotas, prevent abuse, bill accurately, and improve the Service.
Inputs — URLs, HTML, and parameters you submit. These are processed to generate Outputs and may be cached temporarily (see Retention).
Technical data — IP address, user agent, and similar metadata for security, rate-limiting, and diagnostics.
3. How we use information
- to provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- to authenticate you and enforce plan quotas;
- to process payments and manage subscriptions;
- to detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- to communicate service-related notices and respond to support requests;
- to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improving the Service), consent (where required, e.g., certain communications), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- service providers / sub-processors (hosting, payment processing, email, analytics) acting on our instructions;
- authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
6. Data retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, and audit purposes.
- Usage logs: retained for quota enforcement, billing, and abuse prevention, then aggregated or deleted.
- Inputs / cached Outputs: retained only as long as needed to deliver and cache results, then purged.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, API-key authentication) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 1. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
The website and dashboard may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
