Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Snapraven’s website, dashboard, website-audit API, reports, and related services (the “Service”). Snapraven is a service operated by Arif Setyo Wibowo, an individual business operator based in Indonesia (“Snapraven”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Snapraven is not presented as a limited liability company or other separate legal entity. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, submitting a URL, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

1.1 Snapraven loads a submitted public webpage in an automated browser, performs desktop and mobile checks, identifies certain runtime, resource, layout, and metadata conditions, and generates findings, a score, supporting page evidence, and a report.

1.2 A scan is a point-in-time automated observation. Results may differ because of location, device, personalization, cookies, consent banners, A/B tests, authentication, bot protection, network conditions, or later changes to the page.

1.3 The Service is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, accessibility certification, legal or regulatory compliance audit, professional SEO review, warranty, or guarantee that a website is secure, compliant, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Findings may include false positives or false negatives and should be independently verified before decisions are made.

2. Eligibility and accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2.2 You must provide accurate account information and protect your login, session, and scanner key. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

2.3 You may not share an account or key to evade plan limits, and you may not sell, transfer, or sublicense access except with our written permission.

2.4 A report-preview URL may contain your scanner key as a query parameter. Treat that URL as a credential: do not post it publicly or send it to an untrusted recipient. Download and share the report file instead. Anyone who receives a key-bearing URL may be able to use the key until you rotate it.

3. Your authority to scan websites

3.1 You are solely responsible for every URL you submit. You represent that you are authorized, or otherwise have a lawful basis, to direct our systems to access and analyze the URL and to use and share the resulting report.

3.2 You must respect applicable law, third-party rights, access restrictions, and the target website’s applicable terms. You may scan a client or prospect’s public page only when doing so is lawful. You may not use Snapraven to bypass authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, technical restrictions, or access controls.

3.3 Target websites and their content are controlled by third parties, not by Snapraven. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for them.

4. Reports and customer responsibility

4.1 You retain your rights in URLs, labels, branding, and other material you submit (“Inputs”). As between you and Snapraven, you may use the findings and reports generated for your account (“Outputs”), subject to these Terms and third-party rights.

4.2 You grant us a limited license to access and process Inputs and target pages, and to store and deliver Outputs, only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.

4.3 You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before sharing or relying on them. You must not present a report as a certification, intentionally misrepresent its scope or date, alter it deceptively, use it to make false or defamatory claims, or imply that Snapraven endorses you or your conclusions.

4.4 Reports may reproduce portions of a target page as technical evidence. You are responsible for having the rights or lawful basis required to retain, reproduce, and share that material.

5. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. We may block a URL, refuse a scan, remove an Output, limit activity, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce the policy, protect third parties or the Service, comply with law, or investigate abuse.

6. Plans, subscriptions, and payment

6.1 Plans include a monthly scan allowance. A completed scan generally counts as one usage. Failed scans may not count. Unused allowance does not roll over unless a plan expressly says otherwise.

6.2 Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Payments and applicable taxes are handled by our third-party merchant or payment processor. Their checkout and billing terms may also apply.

6.3 You may cancel through the payment processor’s available subscription management method or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6.4 We may change prices, limits, or plan features prospectively. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting an active paid subscription.

6.5 We may correct pricing, quota, or billing errors. We will not charge an increased recurring price without the notice or consent required by applicable law.

7. Service changes and availability

We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular scan time, or permanent retention of reports. Maintenance, target-site behavior, third-party providers, and events outside our control may affect the Service.

8. Intellectual property

Snapraven and its software, interface, documentation, report design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Suspension and termination

9.1 You may stop using the Service at any time. Account or data deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].

9.2 We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, excessive harm to third parties or our infrastructure, or when required by law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

9.3 Provisions concerning payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, disputes, and other provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND RESULTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A SCAN WILL FIND EVERY DEFECT, THAT EVERY FINDING IS A DEFECT, OR THAT ACTING ON A REPORT WILL PRODUCE ANY BUSINESS, SEARCH, SECURITY, OR COMPLIANCE OUTCOME.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPRAVEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, A TARGET WEBSITE, OR AN OUTPUT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 20. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snapraven and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your submitted URLs, your unlawful or unauthorized scan, your use or distribution of a report, your breach of these Terms or the AUP, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other non-waivable right, disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice for at least 30 days.

14. Copyright, privacy, and abuse complaints

Send a complaint to [email protected] with your contact information, the target URL or report identifier, the right allegedly affected, supporting evidence, and the action requested. We may request identity or authority verification, preserve information where legally required, remove or restrict an Output, and notify the relevant account holder when appropriate.

Knowingly submitting a materially false complaint may create liability. This process does not replace any rights or procedures available under applicable law.

15. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service.
