Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snapraven website, API, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Snapraven (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise using the Service, you (“you”, “the Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Snapraven provides an API that captures screenshots and generates images from URLs or supplied content. Features, limits, and pricing are described on our website and may change over time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract.

2.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Any activity that occurs under your API key is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.3 You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

3. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the AUP is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Plans, Quotas & Billing

4.1 The Service is offered under free and paid plans. Each plan includes a monthly request quota. Requests beyond your quota may be rejected or billed according to the plan terms in effect.

4.2 Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method until you cancel.

4.3 Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

4.4 We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Customer Content & Responsibility

5.1 You are solely responsible for the URLs, HTML, parameters, and other inputs you submit (“Inputs”), and for ensuring you have all rights and permissions necessary to capture, process, and reproduce the resulting images (“Outputs”).

5.2 You represent and warrant that your use of the Service, including the Inputs and Outputs, does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any applicable law or the AUP.

5.3 We do not claim ownership of your Inputs or Outputs. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely to provide the Service (e.g., rendering, caching, and delivering images).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, documentation, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including third-party providers) may affect availability.

8. Suspension & Termination

8.1 You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

8.2 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or the AUP, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other customers, or third parties.

8.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Inputs or Outputs, or your violation of these Terms or the AUP.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Indonesia will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
